My topic is How to keep fit. As we all know, having a good health is the most important thing for everyone, especially for us middle school students. If we don’t have a good health, we can’t enjoy ourselves, not to say to study well. So we students must try to keep fit in our school. At school we are very busy with our lessons every day and we have several subjects to learn. So we must pay attention to our own health while we are trying to do well in our lessons. First we should have meals on time. Our school provides us with three meals every day. we need to have meals regularly. Some students may think that the meals are not delicious, but I think they are quite necessary for the need of our body. Some of us have developed habits of not having meals on time, some even come to school without having breakfast, so I think this is a very bad habit which we should get rid of, for we may not be able to see the harm it does to us now, but in the long run, it will harm our bodies very greatly.
